Not sure how to accurately answer your question other than to say it would take the best of the best to do it with, perhaps, a family member's help - as a "prank."
Also, I should note that the photo (color photo of my JV team) is from a color photo I have and not the book. However, same thing as the black and white photo is still missing and all other info, as stated, accurate. I have some Mx friend(s) checking in their books over the holidays to confirm.
